How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $149.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a small handling fee may apply.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the one you want.

Are your bags machine washable?

Yes! All NEOKIKI bags are made from durable neoprene and are machine washable on a gentle cycle. Air dry only.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and UAE. Delivery times vary by destination.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Once your order ships, the courier is responsible for its delivery. If your package is lost, please contact the courier to start a claim. We may offer a complimentary replacement depending on the case.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@neokikicollection.com and we’ll do our best to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the courier.
